Massage therapy can be many different things to different people. Our team focuses on providing customized, focused massage for wellness and improved health.  Some think that massage and manual therapy are about relaxation, for others it's about injury recovery and/or prevention. Some people are focused on pain management to help them live their daily lives.

Our goal is to make massage useful, so that it becomes an integral part of healthcare. We work with clients and other health care professionals to resolve and identify soft tissue problems. Research continues to show there are numerous benefits to therapeutic touch from disease prevention, treatment of chronic disease and injuries, to alleviating the body’s response to the stresses of modern life.

Touch is a natural human reaction to pain and stress. Our instinct when we hurt ourselves, hit our head or have a sore neck is to rub it. Massage creates chemical changes in the body that reduce pain and stress. Therapeutic Massage is a non-invasive, drug free, humanistic approach to aid the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Some assume that it is an investment of time or money to spend taking care of their body. Our concept is to offer ‘customized wellness’ to active customers, because our talented massage therapists offer a whole-body wellness philosophy to enhance workouts and recovery, aid in injury prevention and manual re-education to help you feel your best.

Our massage therapy practice offers integrative wellness and therapeutic bodywork for a wide variety of customers physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture, sports massage (before, during and after events), chronic pain suffers and recovery for competitive/professional athletes  in addition to pre-natal/per-natal and fertility support.  We also offer onsite corporate wellness and massage to support an optimal work day.
